Meet Allie!
Hi! My name is Allie Madigan. I fell in love with yoga at the age of 16. It started off as a way to stretch after a long day of ballet, then turned into a workout while training for a triathlon, then turned into a lifestyle and way to meditate after a long day. With a background in Gymnastics, tumbling, calisthenics, ballet, running, and weight training, I find balance in yoga.
After spending 500 hours learning from the Kaivalya Yoga Method Teacher Training and being certificated to teach I am excited to teach brand new yogis and yogis that have been on the mat for many years. I am dedicated to teaching with progressions so everyone can benefit from each and every class no matter how experienced they are in yoga.
